Guide for Presenters
Time allotted for the following:
Invited presentation is 30 minutes (25 minutes plus 5 minutes for Q&A).
Plenary presentation is 30 minutes (25 minutes plus 5 minutes for Q&A).
Contributed oral presentation is 15 minutes (12 minutes plus 3 minutes for Q&A).
A laptop will be available in the Conference room for all speakers. The use of your own laptop will not be possible. Presentations should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe PDF formats. Your presentation MUST be uploaded on the Conference laptop, provided at the registration desk, via USB flash drive or CD ROM on 1 November 2017 during check-in to the conference.
Session Chairs will monitor the time limits in order to maintain the presentation schedule.
The size for posters should be in accordance to DIN format A0 (84,1 cm width and 118,9 cm length) and should not be laminated. Mounting materials will be provided at the poster board on-site.
Presenters are expected to stand near their poster during the Poster Session to interact with poster viewers, answer questions, and/or provide any clarifications regarding the work presented. Authors are responsible for setting up and removing their presentation materials. The organizers are not responsible for posters not collected by the authors. Either the organizers or the venue staff will discard all remaining posters that are not removed.
